Finn Bálor discusses future roles beyond WWE in-ring career

WWE wrestler Finn Bálor has begun discussing his future beyond his in-ring career. While he does not intend to retire immediately, the 45-year-old athlete acknowledged that he is increasingly contemplating the eventual transition away from active competition.

During an appearance on ‘Cheap Heat Live’, Bálor noted that although he feels physically better now than he did at age 35, he recognizes that his time in the ring cannot last forever. He expressed a desire to remain involved in the professional wrestling industry in some capacity, specifically mentioning interest in becoming a producer or working behind the scenes in visual show presentation.

Bálor also touched upon the emotional challenges of retirement, stating that he expects a “certain amount of grief” associated with leaving the ring. He noted that he frequently discusses the potential lifestyle shift with his wife, given that wrestling has been a primary focus of his life for longer than any other pursuit.
