Finnish universities open autumn 2026 joint application period

Higher education institutions in Finland have opened their joint application period for the autumn 2026 cycle. The application window runs from August 31 to September 10, 2026.

Laurea University of Applied Sciences is offering 1,079 study places across 11 bachelor's and 7 master's programs. Available fields include business, information technology, social and health services, and service industries. Laurea also features several online study options and a new master's program in brand management.

The University of Jyväskylä is offering 117 study places across five target areas, primarily focused on information technology. These programs include educational technology, computer science, and teacher training. Successful applicants at the University of Jyväskylä are scheduled to begin their studies in January 2027.
