Finsa and FAIN Ascensores announce industrial expansions in Mexico and Spain

Finsa is expanding its industrial footprint in Nuevo León, Mexico, through four major projects. The company is developing three new industrial parks—Finsa Apodaca II, FINSA García, and Smart Park Finsa Escobedo—and expanding its existing Finsa Santa Catarina complex. These developments aim to meet rising demand for manufacturing, logistics, and high-tech specialized sectors in the region.

In Europe, FAIN Ascensores has acquired a 5,326 m² facility in the San Fernando Industrial Park in Madrid, Spain. This new headquarters for FAIN Ascensores Industrial S.L. will serve as a central hub for the group's operations across eight European markets, including France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, as well as supplying the Middle East. The move is expected to increase the company's storage capacity tenfold and centralize design, manufacturing, and distribution.
