Fintalk and Carbigdata win Febraban Tech 2026 fintech competition

Fintalk and Carbigdata were named the winners of the fintech competition held during the Febraban Tech 2026 event, organized by the Brazilian Federation of Banks (Febraban). The winners were selected from 35 applicants after a final round of 12 companies presented to a jury. Evaluation criteria included technological innovation, business model scalability, customer focus, and the ability to form strategic partnerships.

Fintalk, founded by executive Luiz Lobo, specializes in conversational AI. The platform utilizes AI agents to manage customer service, sales, and collections via channels such as WhatsApp and mobile apps. The company reported that in 2025, R$ 1.4 billion in debts were processed through its platform. Carbigdata, the second winner, focuses on automotive big data and intelligence.
