Fintech firms integrate USDC for treasury and payment settlements
Financial technology companies are increasingly integrating stablecoins into their internal treasury and operational workflows.
Payments platform Decta has announced it will use USDC for international treasury settlement. Through a partnership with financial infrastructure provider OpenPayd, Decta will convert company funds into USDC to facilitate international operational settlements and manage liquidity between its various entities. This integration is a proprietary treasury use case designed to make financial operations faster and more resilient rather than a customer-facing service.
Simultaneously, fintech company Reap has launched support for USDC funding via the Hyperliquid network. This allows Reap clients to generate Hyperliquid wallet addresses to send USDC directly to fund their cards and payment balances. By providing a direct funding rail, Reap aims to reduce settlement times and operational overhead for businesses that already hold working capital on the Hyperliquid network, eliminating the need to use intermediary exchanges.
