Fiorano Modenese auctions municipal office and warehouse

The Municipality of Fiorano Modenese has announced two public auctions regarding its real estate assets, with a deadline set for October 9, 2026.

The first auction involves the sale of a municipal office building located at via Guglielmo Marconi n. 16. The property, which covers 539 square meters on the first floor of a residential building, has a starting auction price of 353,000.00 euros.

The second auction concerns the lease of a warehouse and covered storage facility located at via Circondariale San Francesco n. 47. This lease is offered for an initial period of six years, renewable for another six years, with a starting annual rent of 150,000.00 euros.

Both procedures will follow a secret bid method with increasing offers. Interested parties must complete a mandatory site inspection and provide a security deposit via bank guarantee or cashier's check.
