Fiorella Mannoia's Concert in Alghero Highlights De André and Fossati

On 2 August, Italian singer Fiorella Mannoia performed at the Anfiteatro Ivan Graziani in Alghero, Sardinia, as part of the Alguer Summer Festival. She sang selections by legendary songwriters Fabrizio De André and Ivano Fossati, delivering a program described as a “catholic cathedral of memory and soul.”

The two‑hour show generated strong emotional reactions from the audience—silence, applause, and a sense of collective catharsis. Organisers, including Shining Production, ARC Suoni Diversi, Roble Factory, Gian Production, the Fondazione Alghero and the Comune di Alghero, were praised for logistics, acoustics and lighting that enhanced the artistic experience.
