Fiorentina eyes transfers for Bakayoko and Koleosho
Fiorentina is targeting Belgian winger Johan Bakayoko from German club Leipzig. Leipzig has set a €20 million price tag, which the Italian side hopes to negotiate lower. Bakayoko, 23, joined Leipzig last summer for €18 million from PSV after earlier spells at Anderlecht and scored three goals in 22 appearances last season. An Instagram post showing expensive designer bags has also drawn criticism from fans.
The club is also pursuing 19‑year‑old Italian forward Luca Koleosho, whose rights belong to Burnley. Paris FC has submitted a higher financial offer, but Koleosho has indicated a preference for a move to Florence. Koleosho made 16 appearances for Paris FC last season, scoring three goals and recording one assist, and earned two caps with Italy’s senior national team in June.
