Fiorentina plans squad overhaul under sporting director Fabio Paratici

Sporting director Fabio Paratici has launched a rebuild of ACF Fiorentina ahead of the next season. New appointments have already been made in the club’s hierarchy and technical staff, including the addition of goalkeeper coach Claudio Filippi.

Paratici indicated that several positions could see fresh faces, with up to five new players expected in the starting eleven. Discussions are ongoing about the future of goalkeeper Bart Van der Maarel, defensive options such as Ranieri and Pongracic, and midfielders Fagioli and Ndour, while striker Moise Kean remains a key target. The club is also reportedly close to securing a deal for defender Thorstved.

The recruitment drive is intended to give Fiorentina a more competitive and durable squad, with the final roster to be presented before the pre‑season training camp.
