Fiorentina manager Vanoli focuses on team cohesion and player recovery

Fiorentina manager Paolo Vanoli is undergoing a tactical and leadership metamorphosis following a period of transition. After a challenging start to the season, the team has shown immediate progress under his guidance. Vanoli has implemented new methods to build squad cohesion, including team-building activities like padel tournaments, to foster better relationships among the players.

However, the club faces challenges regarding individual player form, specifically with summer signing Arthur Atta. The French player has struggled to integrate into the team's system, showing a significant decline in statistical output. Compared to his previous season, Atta's successful dribbling rate has dropped from 53% to 31%, and he has recorded zero goals or assists so far this season.

Vanoli intends to use the upcoming international break to focus on the physical conditioning of players who are not yet at peak fitness, with Atta being a primary focus for recovery and reintegration into the starting lineup.
