Fiorentina midfielder Cher Ndour emerges as key player

Fiorentina midfielder Cher Ndour is establishing himself as a key figure in Paolo Vanoli’s squad. Following a recent goal for the Italy Under-21 national team against Poland, the 2004-born player has demonstrated consistent performance and reliability in the midfield, often providing balance alongside Nicolò Fagioli.

During the summer transfer window, sporting director Fabio Paratici opted to retain Ndour despite interest from other clubs. The decision was influenced by both the player's quality and the financial complexities of a potential sale, as Paris Saint-Germain is entitled to 50% of any future transfer proceeds.

In discussions regarding the squad, journalist Alessandro Bocci highlighted Atta as the strongest signing for the club, though noted that the player's effectiveness is tied to playing in his natural role. The team continues to navigate tactical adjustments in the midfield and defense as they prepare for upcoming fixtures.
