Fiorentina's €10.5 m sales rank 16th as club eyes new signings

ACF Fiorentina completed the €8 million permanent signing of defender Víctor Valdepeñas from Real Madrid, with the Spanish club retaining a 50 % future‑sale clause. The club is also reportedly negotiating a loan‑with‑option deal for former Real Madrid winger Franco Mastantuono, whose buy‑out could be set between €35 million and €40 million.

Transfer‑market data from Transfermarkt shows Fiorentina has generated only €10.5 million from player sales this season, placing the club 16th among Serie A teams. The revenue comes from a series of loans and modest transfers, including Lorenzo Amatucci to Deportivo La Coruña (€2.5 m) and Jonas Harder to Basel (€2 m). The limited cash flow leaves gaps in the squad, especially on the attacking flanks.

Sporting director Daniele Paratici has shifted Fiorentina’s market approach, targeting higher‑profile players such as Moise Kean, Nicolò Fagioli, Dodo and Albert Gudmundsson, whose potential departures could bring additional funds. The club’s strategy aims to strengthen the forward line ahead of the upcoming season while balancing the need for new signings against modest transfer income.
