Around 16:15 local time, fire crews were called to a blaze at a Remondis warehouse in the industrial area of Gundersheim, Germany. Approximately 50 firefighters responded, launching immediate firefighting operations while the site was cordoned off. Because the local water supply was limited, extinguishing water had to be brought in from a distant source. The adjacent road was temporarily closed due to heavy smoke.
