Fire incidents reported in Lucrecia Solano and Los Raudales
Two separate fire incidents have been reported in different regions. In the Lucrecia Solano neighborhood, a fire broke out at the residence of a local man, Vicente, on Puerto Príncipe Street. Authorities and neighbors suggest the fire may have been intentionally set by the resident, marking what is reportedly the sixth such incident involving him. Emergency responders, including firefighters and Civil Protection, arrived to prevent the flames from spreading to adjacent properties. During the event, the resident suffered an epileptic seizure and received medical attention from the Red Cross.
In another location, a prolonged fire was reported in a lot near the Los Raudales residential complex in the Alta Vista sector. Residents and local business owners noted that the fire, fueled by accumulated cardboard, clothing, and trash, has become a recurring issue. Local security personnel stated that the fires are often started by individuals living in abandoned structures within the area. While some business owners attempted to contain the flames using water buckets, they expressed frustration over the delayed response from municipal firefighters.
