Fire incidents reported in Margherita di Savoia and Milan
Two separate fire incidents were reported in Italy. In Margherita di Savoia, a car was completely destroyed by a mysterious fire in a residential courtyard in the Cancello area. Authorities are investigating whether the blaze was accidental or intentional. This follows a pattern of suspicious vehicle fires in the region, including an incident in May involving four cars and an earlier fire involving the vehicle of the mayor's wife.
In Milan, a fire broke out late Saturday night at a hostel located on Viale Regina Margherita. The flames originated in a meter room in the basement, and the building was evacuated. Ten people required medical attention but were reported to be in non-serious condition. Firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze and ventilate the building up to the fourth floor. Preliminary findings suggest the fire may have been caused by an electrical fault.
