Firefighters conduct community education and professional training in Serbia and Croatia

In Vršac, Serbia, local firefighters participated in an educational program titled ‘Heroes of Our Community’ organized by the Vršac Youth Center. The initiative introduced primary school students to firefighting equipment, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures. The program aimed to teach children how to recognize dangers, react to fires, and understand the importance of remaining calm and responsible during emergencies.

In Croatia, firefighters from the Virovitica-Podravina County attended the Weber Rescue Days in Kaštel Sućurac. This professional training event focused on technical rescue skills, specifically the extraction of victims from traffic accidents. Participants practiced vehicle stabilization and the use of hydraulic cutting and spreading tools under expert instruction to enhance operational readiness.
