Firefighters Give Clean Water to Thirsty Cows During Bodrum Blaze

A fire broke out at a garden waste collection site in the Müskebi neighbourhood of Bodrum, Muğla Province, Turkey. Muğla Metropolitan Municipality firefighters and Bodrum municipal crews responded, extinguishing the blaze and conducting prolonged cooling operations.

During the effort, several cows entered the fire zone and attempted to drink from polluted water pools formed by the flames. The firefighters redirected the animals to safety and supplied them with clean water using buckets, preventing any harm to the livestock. The fire was eventually brought under control and the cooling work concluded.

The incident highlighted the emergency teams' attention not only to fire suppression but also to the welfare of animals present at the scene.
