Firefighters hold safety and emergency management conference in Mestre

The National Association of Firefighters (ODV) held a conference titled ‘Awareness, Prevention and Emergency Management’ at the Firefighters headquarters in Mestre. The event focused on promoting a culture of safety and emergency preparedness, particularly through educational initiatives in schools.

Attendees included Maika Canton, Councilor for Educational Policies; Emanuele Prisco, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of the Interior; Alberto Maiolo, Commander of the Venice Firefighters; and Darco Pellos, Prefect of Venice. The initiative was specifically aimed at members and volunteers from the Veneto and Trentino regions.
