Firefighters launch annual calendar fundraising tours in France

Firefighting services in several French regions have commenced their annual calendar distribution tours to raise funds. In Lannemezan, officials held a symbolic presentation at the town hall where Captain Bertrand Ména and Christophe Cailleaux presented the calendars to Mayor Laurent Lages.

The campaign in Lannemezan aims to distribute 6,300 calendars across 32 communes. Rather than a fixed-price sale, the initiative relies on voluntary donations from residents to support firefighters and their families, strengthen rescue center cohesion, and fund various associative actions.

Similarly, in Cormeilles-en-Vexin, the local municipality has announced the start of the 2027 firefighter calendar tour, encouraging residents to provide a warm welcome to the personnel during their visits.
