Firefighters rescue two workers trapped on seventh floor in Formosa

Firefighters from the Formosa Police Special Rescue Group (GER) rescued two workers trapped on the seventh floor of a building in the San Martín neighborhood of Formosa. The incident occurred around 10:00 AM on a Saturday when one end of a hanging scaffold used for exterior wall repairs detached, leaving the structure suspended by only one end and preventing the workers from descending safely.

Two rescuers, a man and a woman, performed a high-complexity maneuver by descending from the 14th floor to reach the workers on the seventh floor. The two workers, aged 32 and 34, were part of a private company. Following the successful rescue, neither worker required medical transport to a health center, though one had reportedly sustained a minor ankle injury.
