Firefighters respond to lot fire in João Monlevade

The Military Fire Brigade of Minas Gerais (CBMMG) responded to a lot fire in João Monlevade on Tuesday afternoon. The incident began around 12:00 PM on Avenida Armando Farjado.

Firefighters managed to control a significant portion of the flames, though a fire remained concentrated in a pile of trash within the lot. Military personnel remained on-site to ensure the fire was fully extinguished and to check for residual heat or embers that could reignite. No injuries have been reported, and the cause of the fire is currently unknown.
