Firefighters School invites applicants to join State Fire and Rescue Service

The Firefighters School is inviting candidates to join the State Fire and Rescue Service. The recruitment process evaluates both physical fitness and general education.

Physical assessments include tests for speed, agility, strength, endurance, and flexibility, alongside a mandatory 100-meter swim. Candidates must also pass a general education test covering Lithuanian language, history, political science, and logic.

Training durations vary based on prior education: individuals with higher education undergo a two-month introductory program, while those with secondary education participate in a six-month modular professional training program.
