FireHydrant introduces updated retrospective PDF exports and milestone tables

FireHydrant has released several updates to its incident management platform, focusing on retrospective capabilities and incident timelines. The company introduced an improved Retrospective PDF export designed to better organize data, learnings, and next steps for stakeholders.

New features include a milestone table within retrospectives, which allows teams to visualize incident timelines by showing time durations from the start of an incident or between specific milestones. Additionally, the “Time Since Last Note or Update” runbook condition has been updated to include all types of updates, such as posts, to improve automation and reminders for team members to provide incident status updates.

Technical fixes were also implemented, including a resolution for a Zoom authentication bug that affected runbook step execution and a fix for sharing retrospectives across organizations in multi-organization setups.
