Firjan platform offers nearly 700 industrial jobs in Rio de Janeiro

The Federation of Industries of the State of Rio de Janeiro (Firjan) has announced nearly 700 job openings through its Industry Career Office platform. The initiative targets technical professionals and companies of all sizes within the industrial sector.

The energy and electrical sectors represent the largest portion of these opportunities, accounting for 43.8% of the vacancies. High-demand roles include electricians, production assistants, and forklift operators, with an average starting salary of R$ 2,442.46.

Light is the primary recruiter with 500 available positions, followed by Stellantis with 95, Techocean with 55, and Walprint with 17. The platform utilizes an algorithm to match candidate skills, including socio-emotional and technical competencies, with specific company needs, including dedicated listings for people with disabilities (PCDs).
