First 2026/27 wheat lot arrives in Córdoba, Argentina
The first certified lot of the 2026/27 wheat crop has arrived at Molinos Florencia from Cañada de Luque, located in the Totoral department of northern Córdoba. The Córdoba Cereals Exchange (Bolsa de Cereales de Córdoba) has officially certified this batch as eligible for an upcoming charity auction.
The auction is being organized by the Argentine Milling Industry Federation, the Buenos Aires Cereals Exchange, and the Córdoba Cereals Exchange and Chamber, alongside supporting entities.
The lot was harvested by producer Cristian Scalvenzi of ARJE SA, a member of the Cooperativa Agropecuaria Limitada de Máximo Paz. The RGT Quiriko variety was harvested from 31.5 hectares that were sown on April 12 and harvested on October 21. The Association of Argentine Cooperatives (ACA) acted as the broker for this lot.
