FIRST CISL secures new collective agreement for Italy's tax collection agency

The national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) and the company‑level Integrative Agreement (CIA) for the Agenzia delle Entrate‑Riscossione were signed, finalising a lengthy negotiation involving workers in the tax collection sector. The pact, announced by FIRST CISL secretary Giuseppe Branca, includes a salary uplift to counteract purchasing‑power loss, new regulatory safeguards, and measures aimed at improving work‑life balance.

The agreement, concluded in Rome, will be applied nationwide but has particular relevance for the offices in the provinces of Ragusa and Siracusa, where officials say it will directly enhance professional conditions for staff.
