Fiserv and Mastercard Launch Global Merchant Payments Partnership

Fiserv Inc. and Mastercard Inc. announced a worldwide partnership that integrates Mastercard Merchant Cloud into the Fiserv Commerce Hub. The combined platform gives eligible enterprise merchants a single connection to Mastercard’s advanced services across online, mobile and in‑store channels, simplifying payment operations and supporting market expansion.

The companies said the collaboration will help merchants “innovate faster, expand into new markets and support the future of commerce.” Mastercard co‑president Chiro Aikat added, “Merchants shouldn’t have to choose between leading in today’s market and preparing for tomorrow’s.” Fiserv Chief Revenue Officer Lia Cao noted the partnership “combines complementary strengths to offer expanded capabilities for eligible enterprise merchants.” The announcement came ahead of Fiserv’s second‑quarter earnings release.

The partnership is positioned as a global solution, aiming to address the growing complexity of commerce for merchants operating across multiple geographies and sales channels.
