Fisher Phillips expands Mexico labor and employment practice

Fisher Phillips has expanded its Mexican operations by adding a 10-attorney labor and employment team in Mexico City. The expansion is led by Partner Jaime Rodríguez Eguiarte, who brings over 15 years of experience advising domestic and multinational corporations on labor matters, including litigation, collective bargaining, and risk mitigation related to mergers and acquisitions.

The new team includes Alonso de la Vallina Subero, Diana Vazquez Campos, Arturo Hidalgo Velasco, Mariana Hernandez Ayala, Alan Antonio Olivares Rivera, Jorge Luis Perez Cruz, Ernesto Ramirez Rivera, Juan Pablo Trinidad Gutierrez, and Lino Parrales Martinez. This addition brings the firm’s total Mexico-based team to 37 attorneys.

Since launching its first international offices in Mexico in summer 2023, the firm has established an anchor office in Mexico City alongside satellite offices in Guadalajara and Querétaro. The expanded practice aims to support clients in sectors such as automotive, telecommunications, food, entertainment, and pharmaceuticals.
