Fishnets opens in Bronte serving Japanese cuisine

Fishnets, a new Japanese restaurant located in Bronte, Sydney, offers demi-fine Japanese cuisine with a focus on coastal ease. The establishment is the latest venture from the team behind Table Manners, owned by Alex Cameron.

The restaurant features food by chef Sanghyeop Kim, who previously worked at Sokyo’s omakase counter at The Star for eight years. The dining space is housed in a deco-era shopfront decorated with blush and peach tones and murals by Sydney artist Nix Francia.
