Sorocaba hosts ceramic and cultural art exhibitions

Sorocaba is hosting two distinct cultural exhibitions. At the Palacete de Cristal in the Jardim Botânico ‘Irmãos Villas-Bôas’, the ‘InVento – Entre o vento e a matéria, inventamos’ exhibition features ceramic works by the Grupo In Vento. Curated by Odair Jorge Demarchi, the show explores themes of permanence and movement through ceramic art and is open until November 15.

Additionally, the ‘Fiteiro Cultural’ artistic intervention, created by Fabiana de Barros, will be displayed at the Museu Histórico Sorocabano (MHS) from October 23 to October 30. Part of the ‘Território em Escuta’ exhibition, the installation serves as a space for artistic expression, reflection, and rest. The event includes free workshops led by local artists and a documentary screening featuring the artist and Swiss director Michel Favre.
