Fitness and dance initiatives launch in Signa and Trieste
New fitness and dance opportunities are arriving in Italy. In Signa, the Dance Formula school is hosting a free Open Day on September 24 at 6:00 PM for its new Latin Style course. Aimed at children and teenagers aged 8 to 18, the session led by instructor Andra Galban will cover various disciplines including samba, cha cha, rumba, and jive, alongside modern choreography. The course is designed for all skill levels and does not require a partner.
In Trieste, the LŪM Pilates Club is set to open in late September at via Valdirivo 40/c. Occupying 130 square meters, the new studio is a project by the Noura personal training team. The facility will offer both Reformer and Mat Pilates, utilizing Technogym equipment. Managed by Claudia Natalini and a team of five instructors, the club will focus on small group classes and private sessions using a proprietary method centered on individual correction and structured progression.
