In Saitama, Pilates. Hidamari has opened a studio offering personalized machine and mat pilates lessons. In Kanagawa, La pilates has launched a new women-only studio in Hiratsuka, utilizing a method that combines osteopathic care with machine pilates.

In the gym sector, REDY'S GYM, a women-only body makeup studio, has announced a three-month intensive training program supervised by trainer KEN. Additionally, the indoor fitness brand ROOM FIT, operated by Xcountry, has released the ROOMSTRIDE, a foldable home cross-trainer designed to save space by reducing its width from 121cm to approximately 55cm when not in use.
