Fitness companies launch new home gym equipment

Fitness equipment manufacturers are introducing new solutions for home strength training. Decathlon has launched the Smart Bench, a compact home gym designed for limited living spaces. The system occupies less than half a square meter when not in use and features an adjustable backrest ranging from horizontal to 80 degrees. It includes integrated equipment such as two adjustable dumbbells (3 to 32 kg), a kettlebell (12 to 24 kg), and a non-slip mat.

Additionally, the YOLEO Adjustable Weight Bench is available, featuring an ASTM-certified design with an 827-pound capacity. This XL-sized bench allows for transitions between incline, decline, and flat positions for various strength and core exercises.
