FK Borac wins Mladen Žižović Memorial tournament

FK Borac Banja Luka won the inaugural Mladen Žižović Memorial football tournament held in Bijeljina. In the final match against FK Vojvodina, the game ended 1-1 after 90 minutes of play. Borac secured the trophy with a 5-4 victory in a penalty shootout, aided by goalkeeper Nikola Ćetković, who saved two penalties.

The tournament was established to honor the memory of Mladen Žižović, a prominent figure in regional football who played for and coached several clubs including Borac, Radnik, and Zrinjski. FK Zrinjski secured third place by defeating FK Radnik 1-0 in the consolation match.
