FK Csikszereda secures 1-1 draw against Oțelul Galați

FK Csikszereda secured a 1-1 draw against Oțelul Galați in a SuperLiga match, earning their second point of the season despite playing with nine men for much of the second half.

Oțelul Galați took the lead in the 23rd minute through Rafael Brito, following an assist from Silva. Csikszereda equalized in the 52nd minute when Nino Kukovec scored from a pass by Stahl; the goal was initially ruled offside but was validated following a VAR review.

The match became highly contentious in the second half. After a penalty claim by Dušan Vukovic was disallowed and a yellow card was issued for alleged simulation, Vukovic was subsequently sent off after receiving a second yellow card in the 77th minute. Despite playing with a numerical advantage for the final stages of the game, Oțelul Galați was unable to break the deadlock, with goalkeeper Pap making several key saves to preserve the draw.
