FK Radnički 1923 records significant player transfer profits

FK Radnički 1923 has reported significant player transfers this summer, marking a period of high financial activity for the Kragujevac-based club. Notably, forward Ester Sokler was sold to Maccabi Tel Aviv for €1 million, while Alfa Balde was transferred to the Latvian champion AFC for €300,000.

This recent success follows a trend of profitable player sales for the club. Previous major transactions include the €3.5 million sale of Milan Aleksić to an English second-division club and the €1.7 million transfer of Bogdan Mirčetić to a Polish club. Over the last few years, the club has reportedly earned approximately €9 million from transfers by acquiring players at low costs and selling them for substantial sums.

Recent organizational changes, including the appointment of coach Feđa Dudić and the restructuring of the sporting director role, appear to align with this period of increased international involvement and revenue generation. Despite these high transfer profits, the club continues to receive regular annual subsidies from the city budget, including 72 million dinars for FK Radnički 1923 this year.
