FK Sarajevo expects major profit from Kevin Viveros transfer

FK Sarajevo owner Ismir Mirvić has confirmed that the club stands to profit significantly from the potential transfer of Kevin Viveros. The Colombian striker, who rose to prominence as the top scorer in the Brazilian league with Athletico Paranaense, is reportedly attracting interest from the English Premier League and the Saudi Pro League. Transfers involving Viveros could be valued at approximately 40 million euros. Sarajevo previously invested in the player in 2023 and retains a 30 percent stake in his future transfers.

In other regional football news, Serbian club Vojvodina has officially signed 23-year-old defender Mateja Gašić from Radnik Surdulica for a fee near 450,000 euros. Gašić, a former youth international, has signed a contract through 2030.

Additionally, FK Sarajevo is expected to finalize the signing of 20-year-old winger Junior Awusi, who joins from the Eintracht Frankfurt academy.
