FL Technics announces 100 new jobs in Punta Cana

FL Technics, an aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) provider, has announced plans to create more than 100 new jobs in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, by the end of 2026. The expansion aims to increase the operational capacity of its maintenance center, which holds FAA and IDAC certifications.

The company currently employs approximately 90 people in the country. The new hiring phase will target experienced aviation professionals, local community members seeking new careers, and Dominican nationals living abroad. To support this growth, FL Technics is implementing a talent management strategy that includes hiring international specialists to work alongside local staff to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain high technical standards.
