Flagstaff Group to host open day in North Nowra

The Flagstaff Group is celebrating 60 years of service by hosting an open day at its North Nowra premises on Thursday, October 29, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. Located at 102 Pitt Street, the event offers community members, families, and carers a behind-the-scenes look at the organization’s programs.

Visitors can tour the commercial laundry facility, which processes thousands of items weekly while providing supported employment for people with disabilities. The event will also feature the Life Choices Hub, where participants develop practical life skills and independence. Additionally, information will be available regarding the Access2Work program, which assists school leavers in developing workplace skills and confidence.
