Flamenco musical events scheduled in Fuengirola and Portaje

Various flamenco musical events are scheduled across Spain. In Fuengirola, the instrumental quintet Ábrego will perform a flamenco fusion concert at Parque de España on August 20. The group, composed of musicians from Cádiz, Málaga, and Córdoba, utilizes guitar, bass, percussion, flute, and saxophone to reinterpret traditional flamenco styles without a singer.

In Portaje, Cáceres, the 26th edition of the Portaje Flamenco Festival is taking place. This year’s program features Paco Montalvo, who will showcase his flamenco violin. The festival, which originated from a local cultural club, is recognized as a significant cultural event in the province of Cáceres, aimed at bringing high-quality culture to smaller municipalities.
