Flaminio Musa Prize awarded to autism resource ‘Naturalmente Diversi’

Nancy Fazzini and Ramona Sorricchio have been awarded the XLVI Flaminio Musa National Literary Prize for their work, ‘Naturalmente Diversi – Metodo TER per l’autismo: guida pratica integrata tra natura, arti e relazioni umane’. The book, published by FrancoAngeli with the collaboration of Dr. Antonella Fortuna, proposes the TER Method, an integrated approach involving nature, arts, and human relationships to support individuals with autism.

The project originated from professional experiences in the Teramo region of Abruzzo and has now achieved national recognition. The Flaminio Musa Prize, promoted by LILT in Parma since 1980, is a long-standing Italian award that bridges literature, medicine, and psychology. The work emphasizes that a diagnosis should not define a person, focusing instead on individual histories, abilities, and desires.
