flatexDEGIRO appoints Katrin Löhr to supervisory board

flatexDEGIRO has initiated the process to have Professor Katrin Löhr appointed to its supervisory board via judicial appointment. This appointment is expected to remain in effect until the annual general meeting in June 2027, where she will be formally proposed for election.

Professor Löhr is an expert in financial economics, corporate governance, and accounting. She holds certifications as a ‘Qualified Supervisory Board Member’ and ‘Financial Expert Supervisory Board Member’ from Deutsche Börse. In addition to her academic role as a professor of business administration, she is noted for her involvement in strengthening financial literacy in Germany.
