flatexDEGIRO SE announces changes to Supervisory Board
flatexDEGIRO SE has announced significant changes to its Supervisory Board. Hans-Hermann Lotter has resigned as Chairman of the Supervisory Board with immediate effect.
Stefan Müller, a long-standing member of the board, has been appointed as the interim Chairman. The company stated that the departures of Lotter and board member Martina Pfeifer are due to differing views regarding the company's future strategic direction and positioning.
Both Lotter and Pfeifer are expected to leave the Supervisory Board no later than October 10, 2026. flatexDEGIRO SE has immediately initiated a search process to identify and select qualified successors for the board positions.
