Flatland Cavalry releases ‘Heartstrings’ music video

Texas country band Flatland Cavalry has released a six-minute music video for their song ‘Heartstrings’. Directed by Christopher Beyrooty and filmed in Nashville, the video utilizes a visual transition from black-and-white to color to represent the emotional transformation of falling in love.

The track was inspired by a musical idea from pianist Adam Gallegos and developed through a collaboration with band members Cleto Cordero, Reid, and Jason. Frontman Cleto Cordero described the song as a classic love story about the optimism of following one's heart despite the doubts of others.

‘Heartstrings’ is featured on the deluxe edition of the band’s fifth studio album, ‘Work of Heart – Heartstrings’, which was released on October 2 through Lost Highway. The deluxe version expands upon the original album released in March by adding five new tracks.
