Flavio Briatore transfers management of Billionaire and Crazy Pizza to H&E fund

Flavio Briatore is transitioning the operational management of his primary hospitality brands, including Billionaire and Crazy Pizza, to a new financial platform called Hospitality & Experience (H&E).

H&E was formed through a partnership between Majestas, the group containing Briatore’s brands, and Merlyn Advisors, an investment platform led by Alessandro Barnaba. While Briatore remains a founder and significant shareholder, the management and development of the platform will be led by Francesco Costa and Alessandro Barnaba.

The fund is dedicated to the creation and international development of restaurant brands. Its strategy involves expanding existing brands into new geographies and investing in high-growth potential brands. The current portfolio includes brands operating across 11 countries.
