Laver Cup 2026 begins at London's O2 Arena

The ninth edition of the Laver Cup is taking place at London’s O2 Arena from September 25 to 27, 2026. The tournament features a showdown between Team Europe, captained by Yannick Noah, and Team World, led by Andre Agassi.

Team Europe includes players such as Carlos Alcaraz, Alexander Zverev, Casper Ruud, Flavio Cobolli, Jakub Mensik, and Rafael Jodar. Team World consists of Alex de Minaur, Taylor Fritz, Alexander Bublik, Francisco Cerundolo, Learner Tien, and Brandon Nakashima.

The competition follows a unique three-day format where points increase in value each day: one point per match on Friday, two on Saturday, and three on Sunday. The first team to reach 13 points wins. If the score is tied at 12-12, a decisive single-set doubles match will be played.

In conjunction with the event, the O2 Arena honored Roger Federer with the inauguration of the RF Room, a space dedicated to his connection with the venue, featuring 45 tennis rackets to commemorate his appearances there.
