Flavor Hills closes Raleigh and Durham locations

Flavor Hills, a Black-owned restaurant franchise, has announced the immediate closure of its locations in downtown Raleigh and Durham, North Carolina.

In a statement, the owners expressed that the business served as a space to showcase Black excellence and community. While the physical restaurant locations are closing, the owners intend to focus on the ‘Flavor Hills Experience,’ a venture centered on catering and private events.

Downtown Raleigh acknowledged the closure, praising the restaurant’s cultural impact and support for local artists. The Raleigh location had originally opened in January 2024.
