Flavour Trails festival celebrates 20 years of agriculture

The Flavour Trails festival will celebrate its 20th anniversary on August 15 and 16, highlighting the agricultural significance of the Saanich Peninsula in British Columbia. The event features 40 participating farms, gardens, and eateries across North Saanich, Central Saanich, and Saanich.

Attendees can participate in self-guided explorations or special partner-hosted agritourism experiences using a festival map and a new online discovery platform. Hosted by the Capital Region Food and Agriculture Initiatives Roundtable (CRFAIR), the program has expanded from a local North Saanich initiative into a peninsula-wide celebration of local food, growers, and makers.
