FLC Group directed to fulfill obligations for 6,000 billion VND project in Quang Ninh

Authorities in Quang Ninh City have directed FLC Group to fulfill its obligations regarding the first phase of the Ha Khanh Urban Area project, also known as FLC Tropical City Ha Long. The project, which has a total investment of approximately 6,000 billion VND across two phases, is currently facing delays.

Phase 1 covers 47.2 hectares and includes 1,209 low-rise housing units, three social housing apartment buildings, one commercial apartment building, and synchronized technical infrastructure. However, due to FLC Group's failure to complete financial obligations and finish construction and technical inspections, secondary investors have not yet received land use right certificates.

Vu Van Dien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh People's Committee, led a meeting to address these difficulties. He emphasized that the city will work to resolve obstacles within its authority while requiring FLC Group to prioritize its responsibilities to protect the legal rights and interests of all stakeholders involved.
