FLC Group increases charter capital to nearly 13 trillion VND

FLC Group has increased its charter capital by more than 50%, rising from approximately 8,600 billion VND to 12,926 billion VND. According to business registration updates from late August 2026, the additional 4,326 billion VND consists entirely of private domestic capital, with no state or foreign investment involved.

This capital increase follows a previous expansion in late 2025. The group is currently focusing resources on key projects, legal resolutions, and fulfilling obligations to customers. In the real estate sector, FLC is targeting projects with clear legal status and high liquidity, with expansion plans in regions including Lao Cai, Bac Giang, Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang, Hau Giang, and Gia Lai.

Notable recent developments include the commencement of the 517-hectare FLC Pleiku Golf Club & Luxury City Resort in Gia Lai, a project with an estimated investment of nearly 20,000 billion VND. Additionally, FLC has signed a memorandum of understanding with Dak Lak province to research and develop urban real estate, tourism, and renewable energy projects with a projected total investment of 25,000 billion VND.

Regarding leadership, Vu Anh Tuan serves as Chairman and legal representative. The group has also appointed Vu Thi Nam Trang as Deputy General Director to enhance management capabilities as it executes multiple major projects.
